Teddy James Mortgage Solutions was founded in October 2022 with the idea of offering friendly, honest, fee free mortgage advice. We specialise in residential and buy to let mortgage advice including first time buyers, moving home, remortgage and additional borrowing. We also offer specialist mortgage advice including adverse credit, shared ownership and right to buy. We are based in Eastbourne located at The Works in Station Street but our services are available across the United Kingdom. We have made a pledge to plant a tree for every mortgage and we make regular charitable donations.
Director James Smith founded Teddy James Mortgage Solutions in October 2022 with the idea of offering friendly, honest, fee free mortgage advice. His career started in the financial services in 2011 when he started working for Nationwide Building Society. There he specialised in personal banking taking on a number of roles at various locations throughout Sussex. In 2017 after a short spell as a mortgage advisor within an estate agent, he joined a mortgage brokers based in Hayward's Heath where he gained extensive knowledge and experience within the mortgage industry. In October 2022 he launched Teddy James Mortgage Solutions.
